Sketchies

I sort of left my computer in a hotel room, and that's why I'm a bit behind on posting. Hah ha ha. (>_>);;; Got it back tho.

Anyways, I've been working on a game concept, and these sketches are some possible designs for the game's art. You can see which ones are more usable, but I did put little arrows pointing to the ones I'd use for reference.

And of course, I'm having some major technical difficulties with my tablet. It's blaze of glory has gone kaput. I don't know when I'll be able to make another pic with it. Sigh.

Giant spider...

...What does it look like? (>_>) This is the second attempt with the tablet, and only took two hours!! I'm not really pleased with the quality of the closer up view. And once again, I can't do anything interesting for the background because I messed up the layers in photoshop. But oh well. In case you were wondering, this is a character that I've been working on for a while.

NYC Subway Rat

This is a little doodle of a rat I saw in the subway in NYC.
They spray the crap outta the subway with rodenticide, but the rats still live there! RIGHT ON!!

Um.. so yeah

No blog posts from me recently, huh? No scanner and a stupid internet connection can do that to a girl. But I just got my tablet working, so I was able to make SOMETHING, anyway. It's not great, but it was my first try. And let's just say that her expression is a mild form of the emotion I felt while dealing with said tablet.

getting settled

A rough little comic I did about getting settled here at college.

The last drawing shows some fellow students on their first day, and then a week later. How quickly we slack off!

But here's a picture that turned out pretty sharp. It's of a new necklace that I put up in my store. I don't got time for writing now, got to pack up all my earthly possessions and flee the country. Again. (-_-)

Girl Running

This was just a practice sketch. I used a wooden figurine, and I'm not so good at using that thing, so the girl looks a bit stiff. But it was a lot easier to get that angle and proportions.
